Although we are referred to as an “Online Auction” web site it is important to realize that we are not a traditional "auctioneer." Instead, The Bucking Stock Connection acts as a venue to allow rodeo stock breeders to buy and sell rodeo stock in an auction-style format commonly referred to as "online auctions" or "auctions." We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. As a result, we have no control over the quality, health, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. We cannot ensure that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction. Consequently, we do not transfer legal ownership of an item from the seller to the buyer; all transactions are made between the seller and the highest bidder at the close of the auction. By consigning an animal, semen, or embryo for auction on The Bucking Stock Connection, you agree to the terms and conditions and to abide by all rules set forth by The Bucking Stock Connection.By placing an animal on the website for auction you will automatically be liable for a administration fee.  No commission will be taken out, just an administration fee, payable to Marcia BennettHere is how you will be charged: >> If your consignment Lot# doesn't sell , you pay no additional fees. >> If your consignment lot brings $1-$1,000, you will be charged a administration fee of $25 >> If your consignment lot brings $1,001-$2000, you will be charged a administration fee of $50 >> If your consignment lot brings, $2001 or above, you will be charged a administration fee of $75 NOTE: if you do a PRODUCTION sale with us, discounts are given for production sales, contact us for more information. ( or multiple lots over 15) Semen and Embryo Consignments: Semen and Embryo consignments there are no administration fees if your listing meets reserves below $2000. Any listing that sells for $2001 or more, there will be an administration fee  of $75. You may place a reserve on your animal, semen, or embryo, Seller has the Right to Lower the Reserve at any time before the closing of the sale, giving the High Bidder the Option to buy for that Price. If the reserve is not met you have the option to re-consign or sell to the highest bidder. If for any reason a successful bidder defaults on a sale where the reserve is met you may request the Bucking Stock Connection to contact the second high bidder to sell the animal, semen, or embryo to him on his bid. By consigning on The Bucking Stock Connection you are stating that the animal consigned is in good health, and that the breeding is as advertised. If the animal received is in poor health, or the DNA does not come back as advertised from a reputable registry service, you are required to give the buyer a full refund and you will not be refunded any payments from The Bucking Stock Connection for use of our services.Failure to issue a refund will result in being Black Listed from The Bucking Stock Connection and you will lose your right to sell or buy using our service and any payments made to The Bucking Stock Connection for the use of our services as a seller will not be refunded. Consignor is responsible for all health papers required by state and federal laws. Transportation arrangements will be between buyer and seller. If Physical Condition of Livestock is misrepresented by the Seller then the Buyer has the Right to Refuse the Livestock. The Bucking Stock Connection does not guarantee health or quality of animals, semen, or embryos being sold. If a Lot is misrepresented in anyway by Seller then Buyer is Not Responsible for Purchase! This Must Be Decided between Buyer and Seller! Initial Consignment Fee of $25.00 will have to be Paid before Consignment will go up! The Bucking Stock Connection will bill the Rest of the Fees after the Sale and it will be due within 15 Days of the Sale!!! Failure to abide by these terms will result in suspension and put on the Blacklist.At the time of consignment, ALL information including recent pictures, ABBI# (if registered), videos, contact information, and reserve price must be received by email or postal mail no LATER than 2 days BEFORE the consigned auction date. Failure to submit the information on time for the consigned auction date may cause consignment to be moved to the next week’s auction. EFFECTIVE Nov. 1 2015, The Bucking Stock Connection terms and conditions on semen auctions will slightly change.. We welcome semen consignments, however, any semen listed on the auction site as of Nov. 1st 2015 must have a minimum reserve of $25 per straw price in order to consign. If its a "package" price, the straws must equal out to a minimum of $25 per straw for package price. We feel this will provide quality semen straws for buyers and still at a reasonable price. Bidders Rules READ BEFORE YOU PLACE A BID By registering as a bidder and placing a bid on The Bucking Stock Connection website, you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by all rules set forth by the website. Before Placing a Bid please fill out all bidding information furnished by The Bucking Stock Connection. No bids of less than $25.00 will be accepted on bulls, cows and calves. No Bids of less than $10 will be accepted on semen and embryos. All Bids are made in U.S. Dollars. Bidders Must be 18 Years or Older to Bid on this Auction Unless they have been Approved by the Parents.The Bids will end at the scheduled time 9:00 pm CST Central Standard Time, unless there is active bidding from two or more buyers; therefore bidding will continue in increments of 10 minutes (from the scheduled end time) until the bidding has stopped. At that time the sale will be final. For example: The initial close time is 9:00 pm CST. If a bid is placed within 5 minutes of the closing time (8:55 pm to 9:00 pm) 5 additional minutes will be added to the close time making the new closing time increased. This will continue until there are no bids placed within 5 minutes of the closing time. Example: A bid is placed at 8:58:37 pm - the closing time then changes to 9:03:37 pm .Be sure to watch the exact Closing Time update on the lot listings during active bidding at closing. NOTE: The auction ring reflects CT, Central Time - America/Chicago If any buyer or consignor fails to follow through on a completed sale The Bucking Stock Connection has the right to refuse anyone consignments or bids from that person and Bidder will be put on the Blacklist.The successful bidder will be contacted by e-mail or phone following the end of the bidding. The winning bidder will contact the seller to arrange for payment and transportation. All monies paid to the seller will be U.S. dollars only. If you are planning to bid on a Lot then you will pay that price that the Reserve says. The Consignor has the Right to lower his/her Reserve once the Bidding Starts,however they can not lower their reserve to the current high bid.  Buyer is Responsible for Contacting Seller within 24 Hours of the Sale. **The Bucking Stock Connection reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.** Finally, our goal is to provide a service that will connect breeders and buyers together in a very popular industry that just keeps growing and growing.
